My Photography, Video, and Content Creation Gear
Over the years, I’ve built a kit that helps me capture the trucks, trails, and outdoor moments I share here. This page lists every camera, lens, and piece of gear I actually use for photography, video, and client content from overland trips to product shoots. Whether you’re just starting out or upgrading your setup, here’s the field-tested gear I rely on.

FAQs
-
I use the Sony A7III for nearly all of my photography and video work. It’s a perfect balance between image quality, durability, and low-light performance for outdoor and travle shooting.
-
I personally believe that a mirrorless setup, like my Sony A7III paired with a compact zoom lens gives a great image quality while also making sure it’s easy to carry around and allows you to get almost any shot you want without being too limited or carrying around multiple lenses.
-
This was something that took me a while to figure out, but I picked up the Anker 521 power station and it has been great so far. It’s compact but powerful enough to keep my current setup running for days. I do wish that it was able to be charged with solar though on longer trips.
-
Absolutely - all of my client work and personal work is created with this exact setup.

Pretty much all of the gear I use has been purchased over the years, but I occasionally work with brands for product collaborations or photography projects. Whether it’s sponsored or not, every recommendation reflects my honest experience though.
